Enquiry fields, attribution data, and limited technical records needed to respond and protect the form.
We use submitted information to assess fit, arrange a working session, and answer the enquiry.
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site advertising.
Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted.
This policy applies to the public pages and project-enquiry form on aiseosite.com. A separate agreement may govern information processed during a client engagement.
The project form can collect your name, company or project, work email, optional phone number, project type, target markets, and the background you choose to provide.
For spam prevention, security, diagnostics, and source attribution, the form may record IP address, browser user agent, referring page, landing page, first-seen time, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, and a Google Analytics client identifier when available.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted project details to build third-party advertising profiles.
Google Analytics is loaded only after a user interaction on the site. It is configured without Google Signals and without ad-personalization signals. The site may use first-party local storage to retain attribution and preference information. We do not intentionally deploy cross-site advertising cookies.
You can block or clear storage and analytics through your browser. Core public-page content remains available without accepting advertising tracking.
We also use 51.LA for page-visit statistics and interaction event analysis. Its SDK loads when a public page opens. Session recording is disabled. The analytics provider may process visit, device, referral and interaction information. You can block this SDK using browser privacy controls.
Hosting, content-delivery, security, analytics, and email providers may process limited information on our behalf where needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Their infrastructure may be located in different countries. Providers process information under their own terms and applicable contractual safeguards.
Project-enquiry records are retained for evaluation and follow-up. We do not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion schedule for every enquiry record. You may request deletion at any time; limited security logs or backups may remain for a reasonable operational period where required for integrity, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
The enquiry endpoint validates field formats and lengths, uses a hidden anti-bot field, rate-limits repeated submissions, and stores production lead data outside the public web root. No online system is completely secure, so we limit collection and access rather than claiming absolute protection.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information. Email [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify the relevant enquiry. We may ask for verification before acting on a request.
This website and its project-enquiry service are intended for business users and are not directed to children.
We may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The date in the page header identifies the current version.
